Just Play runs social sport in five Australian cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

What sports and cities can I play in?

No. Most Just Play players are coming back after a long break, and squads are sized so everyone rotates on and off.

I'm not fit, or I haven't played in years. Is that a problem?

Yes. Join a team and get One Game credits for the games you miss while away, or just book One Game when you're home.

I work FIFO or on a roster. Can I still play?

Yes. Check the listing has room for you both, register together, and we guarantee you the same team.

Can I play with a friend, or sign up as a group?

We group individual sign-ups by social or competitive preference, friend nominations and position, then size the squad larger than the side.

How do you build teams?

Yes. Signing up solo is the most common way people join Just Play, and we build a team around you.

Can I join on my own if I don't know anyone?

A season typically costs $150 to $300, most commonly $200 to $250, covering your share of the team entry and all game fees.

How much does a season cost, and what's included?

A listing tells you the number of games, the competition level, the likely game times, the venue and the uniform, before you pay.

How to read a league listing

Almost always yes. A league stays at one venue for the season, and any change appears on the game listing with a notification.

Are games at the same venue every week?

Most people should pick a season: the same team, night and venue every week. One Game suits people who can't commit to a weekly night, such as FIFO workers.

Seasons or One Game: which one should I pick?

Pick a league, pay for your spot, fill in the player survey, and we build your team and email your first game details.

How do I sign up?

Entirely new to a sport? Returning to a high school hobby? Or a retired olympic athlete looking for a chill relaxed game? We can help!

How do skill levels work?

If you plan on playing a game, you'll need to know what time it is! So we decided to make that easy (genius, I know).
