You can cancel any time, but a season already paid for isn't refunded. To stop the next renewal, opt out in the app any time up to the renewal date.

How do I cancel my registration?

Update your card first, then tell us. Failed payments aren't retried automatically and your spot is held a week; a duplicate charge is refunded to your card within 7 days.

What do I do if a payment fails or I am charged twice?

We always do our best. Changes are usually straightforward until about 10 days before your competition starts, and harder after that, so message us early.

Can I change my night, venue or team?

Once your team is confirmed with the venue, season fees aren't refundable. You get a full refund if your competition doesn't go ahead or we can't place you in a…

Can I get a refund?

Yes, at any point in the season. You get one One Game code for each game you have left, and swapping ends your place in the team and its auto-renewal.

Can I swap my season for One Game credits?

Credit comes as a code you enter at checkout in the app. Season credit is valid 12 months from issue; One Game codes are valid 3 months.
