Once your team is confirmed with the venue, registration fees are not refundable. We pay for your team's place up front, so this applies before a season and during it. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your competition doesn't go ahead, or we can't place you in a team, you get a full refund. There's no admin fee.

If the start date moves, you can stay in it or we'll try to move you to another competition. If the start moves by 4 weeks or more, or the competition doesn't go ahead, you can take a full refund.

Seasons are sold as a number of games. If fewer than 75% of the games sold are played, you get a pro-rata refund for the missing games.

Your registration stands. Moving cities, a changed roster or an injury don't change what we've already paid the venue, and the fee is owed whether you play every game or none of them.

Cancel a booking in the app before the day of the game and you're refunded in full. Cancelling on the day of the game is a late withdrawal: no fee, but you lose the booking.

The Fun Game Guarantee also applies to every One Game booking. If you didn't enjoy the game, message us with the game you played and why, and we'll give you a full refund, processed within 7 days. There's no form and no cap. If the game didn't go ahead at all, you're refunded automatically. See What is the Fun Game Guarantee?.

What happens depends on the venue and competition. Some competitions guarantee a number of games and replay washouts; others shorten the season. We generally know by 5pm local time, and we always send an SMS and an app push if your game is cancelled. If you haven't heard from us, assume it's on. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, back to your original payment method.
