Message us and we will always do our best. Up until about 10 days before your competition starts, a change is usually straightforward. After that it can be harder, because teams are being finalised with the venue, but it is always worth asking.
How to ask
Message us with the competition you want to move to. Include your current team, night and venue, and the one you are after, so we can check there is room for you.
Price differences
If the competition you are moving to costs more or less than the one you registered for, a price difference is charged where applicable.
If you would rather leave instead
Once your team is confirmed with the venue, registration fees are not refundable. If your competition is delayed, you can stay in it or we will try to move you to another one, and if the start date moves by 4 weeks or more, or the competition does not go ahead, you get a full refund. If you registered with friends and we cannot place you together, you also get a full refund.
