We start building your team the moment you register, and your team allocation and first game details reach you in the days just before the competition starts. In between, there is a quiet stretch where nothing seems to happen. That is normal, and it does not mean you have been forgotten.
The order things happen in
You register and pay for your spot. You are buying one place in a team, not a whole team entry.
You fill in the player survey. It is short, and it is what we use to build your side.
You get a confirmation email. Keep it. It carries the uniform requirement for your competition.
We build the squad around you as other players register. How long this takes depends partly on how early in the registration window you signed up.
Important Team Info appears in the app 14 days before your competition starts. Your team allocation and first game details land 3 to 5 days before your first game.

Why the details come so late
Fixtures and game times are set by the venue and the competition partner, not by us. Some competitions release their times on very tight timelines. We pass everything on as soon as we have it, and we would rather send you the real time late than a guess early.
If you want a sense of the likely time before then, the league listing page shows the earliest and latest possible game times for that competition. If a specific timeslot would not work for you at all, tell us before the season starts rather than after.
What to do while you wait
Download the Just Play app and sign in. Your schedule, your lineup, your RSVPs and your team chat all live there.

Finish the player survey if you skipped anything, especially the friend you want to play with.
Block out any dates you already know you cannot make, so we can plan the lineup around you.
