What time are games, and how long is a season?

Most games are on weeknight evenings. Exact times and season length are set by the venue and the competition partner and vary by competition, so the league listing is the source of truth.

Game times

The listing shows the earliest and latest possible start times for that competition. It doesn't show your slot, because the fixture isn't drawn until the teams are in.

After you register, Important Team Info appears in the app 14 days before your competition starts, and your team and first game details arrive 3 to 5 days before your first game. Once the season is a few rounds old, the full fixture is in the Schedule tab of the app, with time, location and who has RSVPed.

Times can move. If your game time changes after the game reminder has gone out (11am the day before), we'll send you a notification. Even so, check your game time on the morning of the game. That one habit prevents most 'I turned up at the wrong time' messages. Arrive 10 minutes before your game time; Your first game: where to go and when to arrive has the rest.

How long a season runs

Season length varies by competition. Each league listing shows how many games are in the season.

Split seasons

Some competitions run long seasons, and we split those into two registration periods. For example, a 22-game season becomes two 11-game registrations. That keeps the upfront cost down, because the price is built per game, and it lets you commit to half a season rather than the whole thing.

If you play part one, your spot in part two is held through your team subscription, which renews automatically. Any spots left after renewals go first come, first served. More in Split seasons.
