You are automatically marked as attending every one of your team's games. So the only time you need to do anything is when you cannot play, and that something is changing your RSVP in the Just Play app. Nothing else counts.

If you already know about a holiday, a wedding or a work trip, use the availability calendar in your app profile and block the lot in one go. You can do that the day you register. It is the single most useful thing you can do for the person building your lineup.

We have to see the change in the app, because the app is what generates the lineup your team plays with.

If the app isn't letting you update your RSVP, message us straight away in the app inbox or email [email protected] ([email protected]) and we'll update it for you.

As soon as you know. Update your RSVP at least 24 hours before the game. Any change made on the day of the game is a late RSVP. The RSVP window stays open until 30 minutes before the game starts, then the lineup locks. Squads are deliberately small, so the earlier your change lands, the better the chance we find a fill-in and the lower the chance your team plays short or forfeits.

Contact us before the game, not after it. A change we make at our end still counts; a change nobody made does not.
