Account credit is issued to you as a code. You enter it in the promo code field at checkout when you register in the Just Play app, select confirm, and it comes off the price.
How long it lasts
Season credit is valid 12 months from the date it's issued. One Game codes are valid 3 months. If you're injured, ask us and we can extend a code up to 12 months.
Credit isn't transferable to another player and can't be cashed out.
When credit is issued
Credit is occasionally issued at our discretion, for example when a player has to withdraw from a season after their team is locked in. It isn't the same as a refund. If your competition doesn't go ahead, or fewer than 75% of your season's games are played, you get a refund to your payment method, not credit: see Can I get a refund?.

How to use it
Open the Just Play app and choose the competition you want to join
Go through to the checkout page
Enter the code in the promo code field and select confirm
The credit comes off and you pay whatever is left
If the code won't apply, or you can't get into the app, tell us which league you want and we can complete the registration for you.
