Are photos and video taken at games, and can I opt out?

Sometimes. Just Play, venues and our partners occasionally take photos and video at games, and we may use them to promote Just Play on our website, social media and ads.

Opting out

If you'd rather not be featured, tell us. We won't knowingly feature you in future Just Play marketing.

Asking us to take something down

Tell us where the photo or video is, roughly when it was taken and which game. We'll remove it from channels we control where we reasonably can. If it's on a venue's or partner's own channels, tell us anyway and we'll point you to the right people.

Venues may have their own cameras and their own conditions of entry, which are separate from ours.

Your profile picture

Other players can see your first name, last initial and profile picture. It doesn't need to be a photo of you: a cartoon or your pet is fine.

Still need a hand? Contact us and tell us what you'd like removed.
