Just Play is run by Justplay Australia Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, under Victorian law.

You must be 18 or over and live in Australia.

One account per person. You can't pass your team place or a One Game booking to someone else.

We organise the teams; venues run the competitions. A venue may charge its own entry fee or have its own rules.

Once your team is confirmed with the venue, season fees aren't refundable. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You get a full refund if your competition doesn't go ahead, if we can't place you in a team (including with the friends you registered with), or if the start is delayed by 4 weeks or more and you'd rather not continue.

If fewer than 75% of the games listed are played, you get a pro-rata refund for the missing games. It's calculated on your season fee less 10%, which covers the team registration.

Seasons renew automatically. Opt out in the app any time up to your renewal date, or email or SMS us by 10am the day before. We send you the details of your next season, then a reminder 6 days before the charge.

If you're charged for a renewal you didn't mean, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full.

Failed payments aren't retried automatically. You have 7 days to finalise your place.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, back to your original payment method.

Cancel before the day of the game for a full refund. Cancelling on the day is a late withdrawal: no fee, but you lose the booking.

Fun Game Guarantee: if you didn't enjoy a One Game, tell us which game and why, and we'll refund it in full. It applies to One Game bookings, not seasons.

Update your RSVP at least 24 hours before your game. A change on the day of the game is a late RSVP. RSVPs close 30 minutes before the start.

If you're marked as playing and don't turn up, there's a $15 no-show fee. This applies to season games and One Game bookings.

If late RSVPs force your team to forfeit, there's a $15 late RSVP fee.

Two unexplained no-shows, or three late RSVPs, in a season can mean removal from your team without a refund.

Sport carries a risk of injury, and Just Play doesn't provide injury cover. See What happens if I get injured, and am I insured?

Our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in the Terms takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Photos and video may be taken at games and used to promote Just Play, and you can ask not to be featured. See Are photos and video taken at games, and can I opt out?
