Eligibility: The Smells Like Team Spirit - Team Competition ("Competition") is open to Just Play teams currently participating in a sports league within Australia. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Just Play and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter the Competition, submit a photo of your team, your email address, your Just Play team name, and a sentence about the best thing about your team through the designated entry form. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on May 30th. Only one entry per team is allowed.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winning team will be selected by a panel of judges from Just Play, based on the creativity and originality of the submitted entries. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, May 31st. The person who submitted the winning entry will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, Just Play reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize: The winning team will receive a gift card valued up to $200 to be used at a selection of restaurants, depending on location. Just Play may offer a broad gift card for restaurants in the state, or can organise a specific gift card for a specific establishment. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.

Rights Granted by Participants: By submitting an entry, participants grant Just Play the right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted content, including photographs, team name, sport, and the state of Australia they play in, on Just Play's social media platforms, advertising materials, and other promotional materials. Personal information other than the participant's first name and the team name will not be disclosed.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Just Play, which are final and binding. Just Play reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

Release of Liability: By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Just Play, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law: This Competition is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with Just Play's Privacy Policy, available at https://help.justplay.com.au/en/articles/5326319-privacy-policy. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
