How does it work?

One Game memberships are great if you're playing heaps of casual games. We have subscription memberships for 3, 4, 5 & 6 games per month!

When you sign up for a One Game Membership, you will receive a code within the next 24 hours that you can apply to the selected number of games for that month. The code will appear in your Just Play app via the "Profile" - "Promo Code" - "One Game". Once it does, you can start booking games straight away!

FAQs

What happens if I don’t use all of my games in the 30 day period?

No problemo! If you haven’t been able to use your games we can extend the validity on your code for another 30 days. Please note we can only do this once per code and can only extend it before the expiry date - so please contact Customer Support before the end of your 30 days so we can action this for you.

What happens if a game I’ve booked is cancelled?

Oh no! This doesn’t happen often, but sometimes a game does get cancelled due to a forfeit, venue closure, or rainout. If this happens to you, please hit us up at Customer Support! We’ll set you up with an additional game credit. The best way to get in contact is via the in-app chat (but we’ve popped a few other options down below for you if you want to spice things upπŸ‘‡)

How do I cancel my membership?

Super easy! Simply log into Just Play+ and you can manage your account from your profile. You can also update your payment method in your Just Play+ account.

Can you put my subscription on hold?

If you're going away, have a super busy month coming up or are recovering from an injury, we can reschedule your next subscription payment. Please reach out to our team to make this happen.

How frequently are games put online?

New games are available daily πŸ™Œ In fact, they can pop up (and sell out) at any time, so keep your eyes peeled and thumbs ready! If you’re struggling to find a game near you, please contact us and we may be able to help you find something πŸ‘―
