What does this mean for you?

If you're in a current season:

Depending on the stage of the season, teams will be affected differently. In most cases we initially expect that competitions will resume once restrictions are lifted and games will be rescheduled once it's safe to resume the competition. If your season is cut short (games are not rescheduled), we will provide a pro-rata refund for any games missed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

If you're about to begin a season:

If you haven't started yet, it's likely that the season will simply be pushed back and you will still receive the correct number of games paid for. If this is not the case and the season is cut short, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any games missed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

👉 In both cases (whether your team has started or you're in the middle of a season) you can expect to receive communications via the app or through email from the Just Play team as soon as we get the relevant information from our venue partners.

Please note: As new COVID-19 restrictions are announced in different states, we often experience an high influx of questions in Customer Support, therefore there may be longer wait times. Rest assured we will send out information regarding your registration as soon as we can.
