What does this mean for you?

If you're in a current team:

Teams will be affected differently. In most cases we initially expect that competitions will resume once restrictions are lifted and games will be rescheduled once it's safe to resume the competition. If your games are not rescheduled, we will provide a pro-rata refund or monetary credit for any games missed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

If you're about to begin:

If you haven't started yet, it's likely that the season will simply be pushed back and you will still receive the correct number of games paid for. If this is not the case, we will provide a pro-rata refund or monetary credit for any games missed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

👉 In both cases you can expect to receive communications via the app or through email from the Just Play team as soon as we get the relevant information from our venue partners.

Please note: As new COVID-19 restrictions are announced and lifted in different states, we often experience an high influx of questions in Customer Support, therefore there may be longer wait times. Rest assured we will send out information regarding your registration as soon as we can.
