Just Play is an Australian social sports business at justplay.com.au. We put people into local basketball, netball, futsal, soccer, volleyball, touch and pickleball teams in five Australian cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. We do not make a mobile game, we do not run a rewards program, and we have never paid anyone to play games on their phone.
What we cannot help with
People reach us searching for cash out, cashing out, payout, PayPal, coins, daily challenges, referrals, konto and YOLO. All of those belong to the rewards app, not to us. That means we cannot:
Release, speed up or chase a cash out or a PayPal payment
See, restore or add coins, points or rewards
Fix a daily challenge that did not credit
Look up, recover, verify or delete a rewards app account
Sort out a referral bonus that never arrived
We have no access to those accounts and no way to contact that company on your behalf. We genuinely wish we could.
Where to actually go
The rewards app is a separate business with its own support. Look for the help or support section inside the app itself, usually under settings or your profile. If you cannot get in, open the app's listing in the App Store or Google Play, where the developer's name, website and support contact are shown. That developer is who owns your balance, not us.
If a website or a person has asked you to pay a fee to release your rewards balance, treat that as a scam and do not pay.
If you do want to play actual sport
You are welcome here anyway. If you are in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide and you want to play social sport, you do not need a team and you do not need to be any good. You sign up on your own and we build a side around you. Have a look at what is running near you.
