Cancel in the app before the day of the game and you're refunded. A withdrawal on the day of the game is late: there's no fee, but you lose the booking.
What happens when you cancel
Cancel before the day of the game: you get a full refund.
Cancel on the day of the game: no fee, but the booking is lost.
If the game itself does not go ahead, you are refunded in full automatically. You do not need to claim it.
If you don't turn up
A $15 no-show fee applies if you're booked in and don't turn up.
What to do
Open the game in the app and use the cancel option there
Do it before the day of the game if you want a refund
Do it as far ahead as you can, because a spot released early can be resold and a spot released an hour out cannot
If it is too late to cancel usefully, the best thing you can do for the rest of the group is send the game link to someone who can take your place: see How do I invite a friend to my game?.
