We've made some changes to improve the experience of playing a season (or seasons) with Just Play.

What has changed?



We have created team subscriptions to make it easier than ever before to manage your place in a team on an ongoing basis. Once you have been placed in a team and your season is underway we will be in touch to let you know details for next season and how our team subscriptions work. 

To make your life easy, we give you full control over your place in your team. By default all players that are members of a team are subscribed to the team for next season. This guarantees your place in the team ongoing and gives you the ability to simply opt-out if you don't want to continue. Full rundown of team subscriptions.

Updating your RSVP more than 48 hours in advance will now give you 1 x games credit so that you can make up and play an extra game if your heart desires (this game credit is issued to your account following your game time, in case you decide to change your status back to playing prior to the game). This change replaces the 3 x game credits we used to include with every season registration, so that you are now provided with as many games as you miss (we included 3 because that was the average missed, but now if you miss 5 you get 5 etc).

How will you know your upcoming game details?

  • You can check your player dashboard by logging in at: justplay.com.au/my_seasons/
  • We send an SMS reminder 2 days prior to your game to all players RSVP'd as playing, so this is a great prompt if you can't make the game. 1 click of the link in the SMS will update your RSVP from playing to not playing... Magic! This SMS reminder is far enough in advance that clicking the link within a few hours of receiving the SMS will give you a games credit.
