When you first sign up for a season with Just Play, you will have the opportunity to fill out a handy dandy player survey. This is where we you can let us know your address (required for a bunch of competitions), date of birth, type of game (social or competitive), and friends you want to play with. Oh yes, and also a beautiful photo for your player profile. We use this info to help build the perfect team for you.
Uniform
Now that you've registered it's worth double checking the uniform requirements for the competition you have chosen. This was available on the registration page on our website (and mobile app) and is also in the email confirmation you would have received after completing your registration. If you do want/need to purchase a playing top or singlet you can do so via our online store at: shop.justplay.com.au.
Friends
Playing with a friend / partner / tinder friend / awkward work colleague etc. is super easy. In fact, we guarantee that you'll be placed on the same team.
If this is your first time registering:
The easiest way is to register together in one registration on the website or app. Otherwise, check the league listing has spots for all of you (mixed leagues show spots by gender) and make sure you and your pal register at around the same time. If we can't place you together, we'll refund you in full.
If you're a returning player:
If you're a returning player and want to play with a friend that is just joining, or wasn't listed in your original player survey, don't sweat it! We know people can make new friends! Just write in to customer support with their full name, and we'll sort that right out.
