Game reports: how do I submit one, and where are the results?

Any permanent team member can submit a game report in the app after the game; it's how we know who actually played.

Any permanent member of the team can submit a game report straight after the game in the Just Play app. It takes about a minute, and it's the main way we find out what actually happened at your game.

How to submit one

  1. Open the Just Play app after the game finishes.

  2. Go to the Schedule tab and into your game history.

  3. Select the game you've just played.

  4. Fill in the report and submit.

Why we ask for them

We're not at your venue, so without the report we only know who said they were coming, not who came. Reports let us:

  • Follow up players who were marked in and didn't arrive.

  • Correct availability for players who have quietly stopped attending.

  • Spot a team drifting towards playing short before it becomes a forfeit.

  • See when a team is consistently short and needs more players added.

Teams that report every week get chased about the right things. Teams that never report get a lineup built on guesswork.

Game reports really help us manage your team, so please submit one every week.

Scores, ladders and results

Scores, ladders and finals qualification are run by the competition partner at your venue, not by Just Play. We link them in the app where they're available, so head into any game to check. If you can't find yours, message us.

If something went wrong, or you have other feedback

Message us in the app or by email: a wrong score, an umpiring problem, another team behaving badly, or anything about your own team. Some of it is the partner's call rather than ours, but we'd still rather hear about it and raise it with them.

Still need a hand? Contact us and tell us the venue, the night and the game.
